Does every employee need the Windows app?
Yes. Employees use the Windows app to track work and manage their account. CRM administrators and platform administrators use the web portal.
Can screenshots cover multiple monitors?
Yes. Connected displays are captured together in a labelled image during active work sessions, at the interval selected by the employer.
Are typed words recorded?
No. The activity feature counts key presses and mouse clicks. It does not store typed text or individual key values.
What happens when the app window closes?
Closing the window hides the app in the system tray. Right-click the tray icon and choose Quit to stop and submit the current work, then exit.
When do timesheets move into History?
Entries remain outstanding through payslip approval. Submitting the payslip moves only its included time entries into History. The payslip remains awaiting payment until the payment reference is recorded.
Does payroll pay employees automatically?
No. It creates contractor payslips and records payment references. Make payments through your usual banking process. The GoCardless integration collects the software subscription from the business.
What does a PIN do?
After signing in with a password, an employee can set a device PIN. It unlocks that Windows account’s saved sign-in. Password sign-in is required again after the device authorisation expires or an administrator resets the password.
Can I change prices later?
The platform administrator can edit public plan prices and descriptions. An existing subscription keeps the price accepted at setup; changing the catalogue does not automatically increase it.
How do I set up Direct Debit?
Open Subscription in the CRM portal, choose the recurring price and employee quantity, then complete the hosted GoCardless authorisation. Setup becomes available when the platform has configured GoCardless.
Can I use it locally before deployment?
Yes. Local test accounts and the Windows installer support acceptance testing. Email and Direct Debit need their respective provider configuration before real delivery or collection.
