How the subscription works
- Create the business workspace and open Subscription in the CRM portal.
- Choose a plan, employee quantity and monthly or annual billing. Review the complete recurring amount.
- Authorise a Direct Debit securely on GoCardless’s hosted page. Bank details are not entered into EPOS Timesheets.
- Return to Subscription and refresh the status. Collection dates and payment status appear after the provider confirms setup.
Prices are in GBP. The checkout total is the amount collected; no tax is added by this integration. Published prices are initial proposed prices and can be changed by the platform administrator before launch. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed amount.
Seat quantities stay fixed for the agreed subscription. To change quantity or frequency, cancel the existing schedule and create a new one. Cancellation stops future scheduled collections; payments already created must be reviewed in GoCardless.
