The Windows app captures all connected displays in a labelled image. Employers choose the interval, such as 5, 10 or 60 minutes, and screenshot retention.

Employer policies, visible tracking
Screenshot, application and activity-count policies come from the workspace. Collection operates during active work sessions and pauses during breaks and Windows lock.
Counts, not typed content
Keyboard activity is recorded as counts. Typed text and individual key values are not stored. Application names help explain the work context.
Review signals with care
Low input activity can mean reading, meetings or thinking. The diary supports human review; activity counts alone do not measure work quality.
